Mindfulness
We will use Mindfulness and breathing techniques to become aware of ourselves: inner peace, emotion management, mental control and connection with nature.
Forest baths: Activity in Nature to learn how to use its resources for our wellbeing and connect with its positive effects.
Sounds and silence: The sounds of Nature and Tibetan bowls, gongs, hang, percussion, harmonic music… will provide us with a good vibrations.
